About The Position

The position involves providing prompt and courteous service to members at BJ's Wholesale Club, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Team members are expected to support club policies and procedures while maintaining a positive environment for both members and colleagues. The role emphasizes collaboration, speed, and adaptability in delivering excellent service and achieving club standards.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, ensuring proper signage.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor and dispose of it using a cardboard baler.
• Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
