About The Position

Join our team as a Recovery Care Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey toward independence and wellness. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, coaching, and advocacy while fostering connectedness and modeling recovery values in a trauma-informed and culturally competent environment.

Requirements

  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • Advanced knowledge in behavioral health and recovery

Responsibilities

  • Empower participants to take an active role in their recovery process through guidance and coaching.
  • Support decision-making, problem-solving, and life skills using trauma-informed tools.
  • Help participants build natural supports and community connections that inspire purpose and belonging.
  • Model recovery values and resilience through participation in recovery activities.
  • Promote self-advocacy and assist participants in exercising their legal rights.
  • Deliver culturally competent interventions, including: Functional skills (navigating social services, financial literacy, community resources) Socialization and coping strategies Self-management and trauma symptom monitoring
  • Provide crisis support when needed and assist with case management services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with team members through weekly meetings and supervision.
