From maintaining structure to offering encouragement, you’ll ensure our environment is safe, supportive, and healing.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring client behavior & documenting observations
  • Completing rounds every 30 minutes to ensure safety
  • Helping with admissions, discharges & transport
  • Encouraging recovery-focused behavior & redirecting when needed
  • Upholding respectful, professional boundaries while offering heartfelt support
