Your role ensures safety, structure, and encouragement as clients begin their recovery process. Responsibilities
- Monitor client activity & document key observations.
- Ensure client safety & adherence to policies and procedures.
- Complete 30-minute rounds & support a structured environment.
- Provide guidance & redirection to keep clients on track.
- Assist with client intake, discharges, and transportation as needed.
- Maintain professional boundaries while offering support & encouragement.
