Langley Federal Credit Union is currently hiring for a Full Time Recoveries Representative to work onsite from our Oyster Point location in Newport News, VA. The Recoveries Representative will be responsible for collecting on charged-off accounts and assisting with related legal matters. This role involves responding to member and staff queries about accounts relating to all post-charge-off accounts, communicating with members to negotiate and recommend solutions to improve member account status, and performing skip-tracing and account documentation of negotiated payment arrangements while adhering to applicable regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. The Recoveries Representative monitors and maintains assigned accounts through review, follow-up, and implementation of payment arrangements.
