Position Summary: The position is responsible for capturing high-quality diagnostic records that are essential to the orthodontic treatment planning process. This includes digital X-rays, intraoral and extraoral photos, and 3D scans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and enjoys working closely with both patients and the clinical team. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Comfortable working with imaging and scanning technology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and patient-focused
- Computer proficiency and attention to digital detail

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and make them feel at ease at all time
- Capture diagnostic records including Intraoral and extraoral photographs Panoramic and cephalometric X-rays 3D iTero or intraoral scans
- Ensure image quality and accuracy of all records
- Upload, organize, and label patient files in the practice management system
- Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of records room and equipment
- Support clinical staff in managing patient flow and scheduling follow-ups
- Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and radiation safety protocols
- Perform equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
