About the position

Clerical position for the Office of the Monmouth County Clerk. Position involves the daily review and recordation of documents, and associated responsibilities. Position is part of a team that provides customer service, both in-person and through call center, and includes a variety of routine tasks involving data entry, record keeping, and mailings.

Responsibilities

  • Record documents relating to real property.
  • Review documents for statutory compliance.
  • Reconciliation of fees collected.
  • Data input, scanning of documents, maintaining proper document databases.
  • Learn electronic recording functions.
