About The Position

The primary role of this position reviewing each page or the digital copy of the records/materials received to make sure they fall within the scope of the requested materials, remove any pages from the PDF that are outside the scope and redact partial pages if only part of a page is outside the scope.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft, excel and word
  • Attention to details
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of team
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods in a 7 ½ hour to eight- hour day
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance
  • Must report to work on time
  • Must be able to work with co-workers and manager
  • Must have positive attitude
  • Must follow phone and e-mail Etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Print out orders every hour and search for add on request
  • Search for Bill To’s and put on each request
  • Count each location and enter on spreadsheet
  • Make sure all attachment is printed and attached to request.
  • Attach the confirmation sheet
  • Hand out all request to the correct person (example: rushes, normal, nationwide, large lit, Texas, Midwest and Southwest).
  • Handles all serves and needs fee, entering into system, prints out the field sheets and attaches them to the request.
  • Also, back up for counsel card entry and taking subpoenas to city hall for signature and seal.
