We’re looking for someone who is responsible, efficient, hardworking, and capable of balancing this role as a high priority alongside other commitments. A major part of this role centres on Power BI (PBI) - maintaining, developing, and enhancing reports that support data‑driven decision‑making across the University. You’ll work closely with the Records Management team to extract and transform TRIM data into accurate, insightful dashboards, gaining valuable hands-on experience in data reporting, problem‑solving, and workflow management. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical skills in Power BI, programming, and records management within a supportive university environment.
