Liaise on issues related to assigned orders. Manage Repair Purchase Orders from a diverse range of Commercial Airline customers, convey customer requirements, initial acknowledgment, quoting, shipment and invoicing of customer orders. Manage contractual requirements including - asset reporting, customer service level/on-time delivery, turn time penalty avoidance and status reporting Collaborate across functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers and Field Service.
