About The Position

SANCORP is seeking a Records Manager III to provide Administrative, Analytic, Scientific, Information Technology and Subject Matter Expertise Support Services in direct support to Research, Development, Test & Evaluation Activities within Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)) All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). The following are examples of responsibilities: Develop processes and methodologies to ensure compliance with records management / records administration policies, guidelines, and procedures. Submit records to the National Archives which entails organizing, preparing, and maintaining detailed documentation of the transfer process; ensuring all necessary administrative steps and security measures are followed before the records are moved to the National Archives. Requirements

  • Ability to develop and implement processes and methodologies to ensure compliance with records management and records administration policies, guidelines, and procedures withing the DoW.
  • Experience organizing, preparing, and submitting records for archival transfer, including maintaining detailed documentation of the transfer process and ensuring all required administrative and security steps are completed prior to transfer.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Top Secret, SCI Eligible
