The Record Management Information Technician II position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of files in government file rooms and other ongoing information service functions. The position is responsible for assisting government offices in developing and updating file plans, creating manuals, user guides, records management training, and implementing records management systems. This position is also responsible for pickup and delivery of files for usage, digitization, storage and/or destruction.
