Requirements

• At least seven (7) years of records management experience
• Experience with at least one automated information system is required
• A college degree is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervising other staff members in support of the Records Information Manager V
• Provides technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information service under the supervision of a Records Information Manager V
• Assisting in planning and program development, analysis of records or docket management problems, and design of strategies to meet ongoing records or docket management needs
• Responding to inquiries; collection maintenance and retrieval tasks; metadata review and input; equipment maintenance; and use of automated information systems, such as the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS)
