We are seeking a highly skilled Records & Information Governance Specialist to support a critical document repository migration from one Document Management System (DMS) to another DMS. This role is ideal for a professional with deep familiarity in the energy industry who can accurately analyze and categorize complex agreements by type, structure, and their role within a transaction (e.g. governing agreement, amendment, supporting document). The primary focus is on precise document identification across a range of agreement types, including, but not limited to NDAs, Title Commitments/Title Policies, IA/SGIA/LGIA agreements, Lease/Option to Lease, construction and procurement agreements, and all other general agreements along with metadata validation, and the assignment of appropriate document types, attributes, and hierarchical relationships across a large and diverse contract portfolio. This role will be based out of our Austin, TX office and is subject to our Company’s return-to-office policy which currently requires a minimum of three days a week in the office.
