Requirements

High school diploma required.
Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
Timely and meticulous attention to verbal and written communication.
Devotion to earning and maintaining member trust.
Attentiveness to professionalism in appearance and action.

Nice To Haves

Prior credit union experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
Work with loan officers with quality checks of consumer and in-house mortgage loans.
Research information and resolve problems, errors or discrepancies in records.
Issue and clear exceptions according to credit union procedures.
Accurately record all actions pertaining to credit union loan files.
Comply with all regulations as required by law.
Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
