About The Position

This is a temporary position working with the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to prepare, scan and retrieve electronic documents. Must have strong computer and data entry skills along with excellent attention to detail and reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy. Job Site: Downtown Phoenix Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay: $17.00 per hour Parking: Garage (temp pays for parking) Job Type: Temporary Duration: 3 to 6 months Benefits: Available after eligibility period is met

Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects
  • Experience with scanning and retrieving electronic documents.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Ability to perform job duties rapidly and accurately
  • Ability to research and cross-reference documents
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week in a team environment
  • TESTING & BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan routing in permit databases
  • Prepare and log plans for scanning.
  • Scanning & Importing Large format plans to OnBase EDMS
  • Prepare paper batches for scanning.
  • Scan and index batches to OnBase EDMS
  • Scan and index case files.
  • Upload incoming digital records to OnBase EDMS
  • Daily plan pickup from designated areas in the department.
