GENERAL SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to administer the daily operations of the Registrar's office including maintenance of student academic records, department communications, and external reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manages communications for the Registrar’s Office by phone/email. Manages the Student Information System for the Registrar’s office. Ensures registration and enrollment data entered is accurate and timely. Oversees the enrollment verification processes each semester. Coordinates student attendance verification with faculty to meet federal financial aid compliance. Assists Registrar with developing course term schedules. Assists in the planning and coordination of commencement. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
