As a Records and Information Management Officer at the NH-0308-3 broadband level, you will serve as the designated Agency Records Officer (ARO), assigned to the Chief Information Office. Your responsibilities will include executing key Records Management Program duties, providing oversight of the Agency's Records Management Program, and developing and implementing policies for compliant records management. You will ensure the success of the Agency Records Management Program through effective communication, project monitoring, and timely implementation of corrective actions to comply with local and federal mandates. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Records Management and communicate the status of the program with various levels of leadership as required.
