About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Records Accountability Analysts (Level C) to support the team onsite in Everett, Washington on 2nd shift. Position Responsibilities: Documents and maintain completed build/quality/inspection records to maintain the integrity of as-built deliverable product configuration Reconciles erroneous data entries to ensure all production records are completed and accounted for by conducting database queries and performing audits of planning and production schedules Monitors work of less experienced employees Assembles data packages and logbooks from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility of deliverable product build status Provides product build information to status the product for roll out, flight and/or delivery Provides solutions to a variety of complex problems by developing and implementing process and procedure improvements to ensure the integrity of the documentation for product build process Maintains records storage and shipping logs to assure retrievability in compliance with applicable requirements Works under limited supervision

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in record processing
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office
  • Able to work 2nd shift
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • Associates degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • 1+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience working with logbooks and records
  • Experience supporting both internal and external customers

Responsibilities
