Maintain customer inventory by performing and coordinating the workflow of record center tasks including put-away, retrievals, internal moves, destruction, and permanent withdrawals.
Execute services requested by clients in Iron Mountain facilities within the district.
Coordinate workflow of a team of record center specialists by defining and assigning daily work duties.
Ensure productivity, quality, and completion of daily work assigned.
Process all incoming orders including scanning carton barcodes and locations, storing items, downloading scanned information, investigating exceptions, and closing orders in SafekeeperPlus.
Process retrieval orders including pulling items, verifying items, closing service orders on SafekeeperPlus, and preparing for shipment to the customer.
Process all internal moves including pulling customer material from one location and storing it in another, investigating exceptions, and closing work orders in SafekeeperPlus.
Process all destruction including pulling required material, verifying it for accuracy, preparing it for destruction, and investigating exceptions.

Ability to handle physical work which includes lifting and carrying an average of 40 pounds.
Ability to work in a dusty environment and a fast-paced, non-climate controlled environment.
