About The Position

The position requires experience in remodeling and construction projects, with a focus on various tasks including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry. The candidate will be responsible for operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and following project plans, timelines, and safety procedures. Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients is essential, as well as documenting work progress and materials used.

Requirements

• 4 years minimum experience in remodeling
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment
• Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
• Ability to lift heavy objects as required
• Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form
• Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
