About The Position

The Associate Sales Representative for Reconstruction/Trauma at Smith & Nephew is responsible for supporting the Orthopaedic Sales Team within a designated territory and hospital accounts. Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases within assigned hospital accounts.
• Secure inventory for surgical cases and ensure product availability.
• Observe and consult with the surgical team on Smith & Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Complete logistical requirements associated with surgical cases.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed sales quotas.
• Build positive relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and hospital staff.
• Provide first-class technical support to ensure customer and patient needs are met.
