The Project Manager will oversee estimating and management of crews for residential and commercial reconstruction assignments. This role involves assigning and coordinating jobs with subcontractors and in-house teams, keeping the Reconstruction Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. The Project Manager will supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, complete job files, and monitor jobs from start to completion. They will also be responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs within budget and target profit margin.
