We’re looking for a confident, motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you’ll work on residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, or other damage. You’ll help manage projects from start to finish, including schedules, budgets, and overall progress to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, Large Loss Project Managers, and other team members to support customers through the restoration process. Experience is preferred, but training is provided. What Does a Reconstruction Project Manager Do? The Reconstruction Project Manager (RPM) takes pride in successfully completing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with team members, subcontractors, insurance representatives, and office staff to bring each project to completion. RPMs work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at different stages. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping others.
