We handle everything from small repairs to full-scale rebuilds after fire, water, and storm damage. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll manage a pipeline of 15–18 active reconstruction projects ranging from $2K to $1M+. At most companies, you’re just managing jobs. Requirements

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • High urgency and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Clear, direct communication style
  • Problem-solver mentality (not a finger-pointer)
  • Construction or reconstruction project management experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration experience (water/fire/mold) is a big plus
  • Familiarity with estimating, scopes, or insurance workflows is a plus

  • Running projects from start to finish
