Requirements

• Prior experience in construction, restoration, or project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• IICRC or construction-related certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with customers, insurance professionals, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards
• Manage project documentation, budgets, and daily operations
• Solve challenges proactively and maintain excellent customer communication
