The Reconstruction Project Manager role is centered on assisting individuals through challenging situations, specifically focusing on fire and water damage restoration with the aim of making it 'Like it never even happened'. The core function of this role is to plan and execute reconstruction projects, ensuring a high standard of service in all interactions with customers, clients, sub-contractors, and resource providers involved in the reconstruction process, while also managing the entire customer experience and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
  • 2 year Restoration background is preferred
  • IICRC certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and sell projects
  • Educate customers on process
  • Identify and document project scope of work
  • Maintain customer and client communications
  • Review estimates
  • Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
  • Ensure proper permits are acquired
  • Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
  • Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
  • Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
