Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in Restoration/Reconstruction
• Xactimate experience required
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees multiple reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Manage projects during the remediation phase through the reconstruction phase
• Communicate daily schedule with customers, office, and technicians
• Schedule in-house labor, obtain bids from and coordinate sub-contractors, and track hours daily
• Track materials/equipment being used on the project
• Set a budget for restoration jobs and track to ensure profitability
• Collect progress payments and final payments from customers
