Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Restoration Reconstruction
• High School Diploma; GED/Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Xactimate, DASH, MICA preferred
• IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
• Commercial/Residential construction experience
• Highly-motivated and proactive
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
