What does a Paul Davis Reconstruction Helper do? · Key part of our reconstruction department - working with the estimators, project managers, tradesmen and homeowners to help bring projects of all sizes to completion · Assist tradesmen with installing cabinets, trim, drywall, and other trade work · Deliver materials to jobsite and warehouse · Demo jobsites as instructed by project managers · Have fun and be part of a growing business! PDR Recon Helpers assist property owners/managers after traumatic events such as a fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Why The Team Needs You? Responsibilities

  • Completion of work orders generated by the Project Managers
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
  • Assist PMs with delivery of materials
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Perform physical labor such as lifting, digging, demoing and carrying
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
