Requirements

Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Passion for learning and delivering results.
Construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate!
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Work indoors and outdoors, often in challenging conditions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Use of personal protective equipment as needed.
