Requirements

  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for learning and delivering results.
  • Construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate!
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Work indoors and outdoors, often in challenging conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Use of personal protective equipment as needed.
