About The Position

As a Construction Project Estimator with Servpro of Duncanville/DeSoto, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous construction experience Preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Two years of Xactimate experience, including sketch (Required)
• Proactive follow-up and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to inspect and photograph all damages.
• Develop/write an estimate to include all construction services required to restore the structure and ensure customer and client satisfaction (ie ITEL, material reports, engineering reports).
• Document all communications and all follow up communications with customers and clients.
• Communicate with adjusters and clients when needed for project approvals/authorizations.
• Ensure estimate complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos.
• Assist Project Construction Manager when needed for scope or explanation of scope.
• Follow the claim from inspection to close for documentation and all communications.
