About The Position
The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) for Reconstruction at Smith+Nephew is responsible for supporting the sales team within assigned hospital accounts and territories. This role involves assisting in the scheduling of surgical cases, managing inventory, and providing technical support for Smith+Nephew's orthopedic instrumentation and implants. The ASR will develop relationships with surgeons and hospital staff to enhance customer access and drive sales, while also becoming a technical expert in the product portfolio through training and collaboration with the sales team.
