Requirements

2+ years of automotive service or reconditioning technician experience
Must have own tools
Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
Comfortable using diagnostic tools, shop equipment, and software
Detail-oriented with solid time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications are a plus (not a deal-breaker)

Responsibilities

Inspecting pre-owned vehicles for mechanical and cosmetic needs
Performing repairs such as brakes, oil changes, tune-ups, tires, and basic electrical diagnostics
Ensuring every vehicle meets safety, quality, and presentation standards before hitting the display areas
Documenting work accurately using shop software
Coordinating with Parts, Service, and Sales to hit reconditioning timelines
Performing final quality checks (because comebacks are not the vibe)
Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and professional
