Your day to day as a Reconditioning Technician As a Full-Time Reconditioning Technician at Phil Long Ford of Denver, you will leverage your experience to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle components with minimal supervision. You will efficiently perform work as outlined in repair orders while adhering to dealership and factory standards. Your role will involve diagnosing malfunctions, obtaining necessary parts, and documenting all tasks performed. Additionally, you'll communicate effectively with service advisors for any additional work or changes needed. This position also includes overseeing apprentice technicians, participating in manufacturer-sponsored training, and ensuring safety regulations are followed in the shop environment.
