Responsibilities & Expectations: This is 2nd shift position We are seeking to hire an Electrical Reconditioning Technician who can be trained to rebuild starters and work on motor control center layouts and spray paint electrical enclosures. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • MUST be able to pass a respirator fit test
  • Ability to work 2nd shift
  • General understanding and firsthand experience with safe work environments
  • Must be comfortable with machinery and have mechanical/electrical aptitude
  • Be able to read, interpret, and modify documents
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an excellent driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs. in weight
  • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to perform manual labor for up to 12 or more hours per day
  • Acute hearing and strong field of vision
  • Ability to work in demanding physical and inclement weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Work with electrical components to rebuild, paint, and certify for re-deployment
  • Paint electrical enclosures using a spray gun in a paint booth.
  • Wear required PPE, including a half face respirator for spray painting
  • Participate in the following certifications: Pearl Level I and II, Forklift training, 15+ TSC Electrical Training Classes (completed within one year of hire date), MSHA training, 10-30-hour OSHA card, PPE
