Requirements

Previous experience performing janitorial or light maintenance duties
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below waist
Ability to work with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical devices, torches, liquids, and electrical devices
Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, snowplow and man lifts
Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places
Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
Must have carpentry skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. up to 25 feet. Occasional lifting and carrying, with or without assistance, of items up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform janitorial and maintenance functions for buildings, grounds, and equipment
Assist with and/or perform preventative maintenance
Work independently with minimal supervision
Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
