About The Position

MV Transportation is seeking a Reconciler who will report to the Payroll Supervisor and will work with the various department managers in auditing our service providers. The Reconciler will schedule regular audits of each of our subcontracted operations data. They will coordinate with our Operations Leadership Team and report any inconsistencies in trip reconciliation and billing. This team will ensure the integrity of the information provided to the client, remaining in compliance for the entire program.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and follow directions

Responsibilities

  • Enter all payroll information on a daily basis in appropriate software, making note of potential pay discrepancies and ensuring accuracy of employee time data.
  • Prepare appropriate formats for bi-weekly processing through corporate.
  • Distribute paychecks on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for Operations and General Manager comparing revenue hours to payroll hours.
  • Update and maintain payroll/human resources related employee file information.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attendance according to local policy.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area.
