About The Position

We’re looking for a Reconditioning Technician who knows how to turn used vehicles into lot-ready inventory quickly and correctly. If you’re a solid tech who takes pride in quality work and wants the stability of a union position, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

• 2+ years automotive technician or recon experience.
• Strong mechanical skills (brakes, suspension, maintenance, light diagnostics).
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Honda or import vehicles is a plus.
• ASE certifications or manufacturer training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and recondition incoming pre-owned vehicles.
• Perform brakes, suspension work, fluid services, tune-ups, and general repairs.
• Diagnose basic mechanical issues and complete needed repairs.
• Bring vehicles up to dealership safety and quality standards.
• Document inspections and repairs in the service system.
• Work with the service and recon team to keep inventory moving.
