About The Position
Experienced Automotive Technician All Brands We are hiring an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Work Schedule 5-day work week Every other Saturday off Shop hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay and Bonus Highlights Starting pay for Lube/Express technician $15+ Starting pay for Used Car Recon Technician $25+ Starting pay for Highly qualified Non-Certified technicians $30+ Starting pay for currently Certified Stellantis Technician $35+ 20% Additional Flag time on ALL Stellantis warranty work for certified technicians Additional bonuses paid for top producing technicians 40 Hour 3-week startup Guarantee Sign on bonus available for Current Stellantis Certified Technicians up to $10,000 What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately (engine, drivability, electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension, and more) Perform thorough digital multipoint inspection's on every vehicle serviced Perform repairs using factory procedures and high quality standards Document repair orders clearly and completely Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor and team regarding repair status and recommendations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (CDJR experience is a plus) Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to quality Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Own tools required for the position Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Competitive Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, D&D, etc. Company pays 50% of Employee healthcare insurance cost Stable, consistent flow of Customer, Warranty and Service Contract repair work.
