Requirements

A valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles preferred
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Friendly attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for most of the day
Team player with strong attention to detail
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Support the reconditioning team by moving, parking, and organizing inventory vehicles safely and efficiently
Assist with vehicle staging for detail, photography, service, and front-line readiness
Perform light cleaning tasks such as washing, vacuuming, and prepping vehicles for recon or retail display
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot and recon area
Coordinate with technicians, detailers, and managers to ensure timely vehicle flow through the reconditioning process
Provide professional, friendly assistance to team members and vendors
