We are seeking Reclaim Technicians for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA. The purpose of this role is to support all reclaim functions in a way that safely promotes teamwork and efficient operations. Starting pay for these entry level positions is $20/hour.

Requirements

Walk and stand for a 12 hour period
Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lb
Keep your work area swept and cleaned
Analyze numbers and apply some computer skills
Learn a lot of new information in a short period of time
Ask lots of questions and take initiative to learn more
Work a rotating shift that includes a combination of days and nights, holidays, and weekends
Be 18 years of age
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures is a plus!

Responsibilities

Operate and assist in maintaining all reclaim equipment in a safe manner including the following: balers, all scrap collection systems, separator systems, osprey dust collectors, central vacuum systems, forklift, and various lift equipment
Support recycling efforts
Maintain appearance of the area through effective housekeeping practices
