What it's like to be a Recess Supervisor - Part Time at Recess Supervisor - Part Time As a Part Time Recess Supervisor at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their recess period. You will be actively supervising and interacting with children to promote positive playtime experiences. Your role will involve managing conflicts or issues that may arise, as well as encouraging inclusive and Christ-centered interactions among students. This School Year Only position will have you working Monday through Friday, approximately from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. With a forward-thinking approach, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and energizing recess environment for students to enjoy.
Requirements
- be prepared to obtain or already possess essential certifications such as CPR and First Aid skills
- ability to work collaboratively with Teacher Assistants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
