The position: The Recertification Specialist will conduct Annual and Interim Recertifications of Affordable Housing residents to determine continued occupancy as required by affordable program regulations and RPM policies, under the supervision of the Compliance Manager. The incumbent also performs clerical and administrative tasks related to RPM housing programs.
