About The Position

As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient front desk. Requirements

  • [3+] years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
  • Strong accuracy and efficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and great office etiquette in a busy, high-traffic setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare or senior living environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
  • Greet and assist residents, guests, families, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate departments or resident rooms while following facility protocols.
  • Perform general office tasks, including filing, typing, copying, scanning, faxing, and organizing.
  • Handle data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Schedule and book transportation for residents as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Monitor lobby and front desk area to ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
