Receptionist

The Receptionist position at Parc Provence is a vital role within our premier long-term care community located in Creve Coeur, MO. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team either on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, which includes a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, operating intercom systems, and utilizing computer systems to assist residents, visitors, and staff. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for individuals entering the community, and as such, must exhibit professionalism, friendliness, and compassion at all times. The working hours for this position are structured to provide coverage throughout the week, with shifts from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on weekends. It is essential for the receptionist to be available to work every other weekend. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are handled according to established policies and procedures. The receptionist will also be responsible for screening individuals entering the community, sorting mail, and maintaining tracking systems for various documents. In addition to the operational responsibilities, the receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. This position demands a high level of professionalism and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, and have a general knowledge of office procedures.
