About The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by answering phones and greeting them in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. You will match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs and schedule appointments according to their preferences. Additionally, you will help ensure that all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members is also a key responsibility, along with performing other duties as assigned.
