The Receptionist at the Comprehensive Care Center works directly under the CCC Administrator. This role involves greeting and directing patients and visitors, providing information regarding services, and explaining facility policies. The receptionist is responsible for processing telephone communications efficiently and courteously, performing paging in accordance with hospital guidelines, and distributing information accurately. The position requires the ability to work well under stress or tight deadlines and to collaborate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, patients, family members, and visitors. Additionally, the receptionist assists the Director of Nursing (DON) as needed and supports the District Mission and Values by demonstrating respect, professionalism, and courtesy to all stakeholders.
