About The Position
This on-site position will report to our Member and Provider Services Supervisor and is located in Johnston, Iowa. You will be the first friendly face our guests see—greeting visitors warmly, ensuring proper sign-in, and guiding them to the right person or department. You will engage in meaningful conversations, both general and organization-specific, while also playing a vital behind-the-scenes role. From clerical and administrative support to data entry, lunch coordination, and Board meeting preparation, your contributions will help keep our operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives working independently for extended periods, remains attentive and professional throughout the day, and takes pride in being reliable and responsive for both guests and team members.
