About The Position
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests upon entry and checking them in to their respective areas. They are the first face people see upon entering the buildings. The receptionist answers and directs employees in a polite and friendly manner and maintains standard office equipment on a regular basis. This position will require working in our Santa Monica studio on a regular basis. You may also be required to travel and work out of our studio in Hollywood, as needed. Available to work overtime and variable shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays, as necessary per business needs.
